Privacy information

Who handles your information
Puppet Pathways is operated by Talbot MBA, which is responsible for the personal information described here. For questions or privacy requests, contact Charmaine at char.talbot@gmail.com or +353 89 977 0589.
Enquiries and arrangements
We use the contact and event details you provide to answer your enquiry, discuss availability and arrange visits. The form asks for your name and email so we can respond; organisation, telephone, location, preferred dates, show and message details are optional. Please do not include children’s personal information or sensitive details.
When you enquire about a booking for yourself, processing is necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract. For enquiries on behalf of a school or other organisation, our legitimate interest is responding to business enquiries and arranging our services. We do not use this enquiry form to subscribe you to marketing.
Who can access enquiries
Enquiries are processed and stored through Netlify, our website and forms provider, with email notifications sent to Charmaine. Jared, who maintains the website, can also access enquiries in Netlify for administration and technical support. Email is handled through Gmail. If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation is handled through that service; opening a contact link does not itself place a call or send a message.
These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Netlify’s processing terms include safeguards for international transfers. See Netlify’s data protection information, Google’s privacy policy and WhatsApp’s privacy policy for provider details. You may contact us for further information about the services used for your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted from Netlify and email 12 months after the last contact. If an enquiry becomes a booking, the information needed to deliver the booking is retained for that purpose; relevant records may also be kept where necessary to meet accounting or other legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict its use, receive a portable copy, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact Charmaine using the details above. You can also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission.
We do not use enquiry details for automated decisions or profiling. This website does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. The hosting provider may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.
